Can I pinpoint my favourite lines?

"And I shall bring you back from hell"
...because of the wording. Not *out of hell* but *back from hell*. You're just so good with putting a twist on common thoughts, and making them your own, and making them theirs.

"This opera: my tomb!"
...because she is a living bride united with a corpse, and no matter what, he would *always be there singing songs* in her head. A place of art and music and beauty and life, and the bowels being a tomb...beautiful imagery.

"Heaven is not five storeys below"
...because such a contradiction reflects on far more than the obvious. Christine's love for Erik will always be harder and more unsettling than Erik's love for her. Darkness will always crave light, but it is unnatural for light to crave darkness.

"There is only Erik And his Christine" ...because I am a hopeless E/C romantic.

I would love to hear it played and sung! Is there a way for you to scan and upload the music and send it to me, so I can plunk it out on a piano? Or are guitar tabs as easy to follow as piano sheet music?

O.O! It sounds very Poe toward the end! I don't really know why, but it just reminds me of his poems. I think it's the rhythem. I love it! It also reminds me of Corpse Bride, the movie by Tim Burton that's coming out. Just it's the other way around, really.^^ So cool, I can't wait to read your other PotO stories (sorry for the laziness >< too much school work)!
