Aww that was adoreable, like very touching and cute. Was all lovely the way Claire tried to numb herself to deal with her grief and the way they disagree. Is such a wee shame!

Hey, it was pretty nice. Good vocabulary, sweet pace, the blocking of memories is a great plot point that I always enjoy. The only thing I could complain about was Chris' reaction, "he will be back", that isn't the best thing he could say to sooth Claire. Oh well, it's in-character - such a dumbhead :).

Keep up the swell work. You've got talent.
