Considering this story hasn't been updated for nearly two years, I was wondering if perhaps you could put a note about it in your author's profile since you don't want to put this as an author's note within the story. Also, the link to your livejournal doesn't work. Thanks.

I realize that's it's been approximately two years since your last update, but I feel the need to express my hope that you will find your muse again and publish another chapter because I really like where I think this is going and really want to read more.

I realize that taking DH into account might be a challenge, but I doubt any reader would really object to deviating from canon because not all readers necessarily liked the turns the seventh book took.

Basically, I think that the story is beautifully written and that the characterization is well done and kees with canon so well that even when certain events are altered, it just seems a natural progression. JKR was writing a children's book and those of us who grew up on it are nor necessarily children anymore. Your writing gives the characters a more realistic feel while keeping true to JKR's writing, and I wish there were more. Please update.

I really love this story. The way you weave the Half-Blood Prince through your book is like seeing the big picture for the first time. I really want to know how you would complete this and DH. What happens with the Umbra Code? You have many fans out here hoping for more. Thank you

I very rarley review storys now days. I supose it has to do with the fact that there is so few storys that impress me. This one does. I was just browsing the favorites of an author when I found this story. I love it! I was so caught up I did that thing where I go to click the arrow to the next chapter seven times before realizing -- horror of horrors -- there ISN'T a next chapter! And then I realize how long it's been since it was updated. PLEASE don't abandon it -- I'll be reduced to writing fanfic for the fanfic just so it can have an ending :)
Love, love, love the story, great work and please update soon, or put it on hiatus officially (if you must, pesky real life does intrude!)

PLEASE finish--this is honestly the best depiction of Snape I've ever come across. He's both his canon self and more real than JKR allowed him to be. This is wonderful.
