Well, at least they kissed, even if Chris does waffle back and forth on the issue. It would be interesting to see what his dynamic is with his wife, if it's a lot of fighting and stuff, compared to how he is with Stephanie. Can't wait for more. :)

"I can't say that I'm totally happy...it'll have to do." Well that just pretty much sums up everything huh? That's exactly how you want someone to describe their marriage, "it'll have to do." The only person that Chris is fooling is himself. He's obviously still hurt and he's probably trying to cover that hurt with his farce of a marriage. If Chris isn't careful, he's going to lose Stephanie, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was to Riley. Chris needs to just get off his ass and suck up the hurt and realize what he needs. Great update, and I hope that things work out for those crazy kids. Can't wait for more. :)

And I'm so glad you're updating "Sometimes It Comes True," I'm on the edge of my seat for that one. Hee.

Hmm, Chris acts like he's not even married in this story. Maybe he should just get that divorce so he'd be free to get with Stephanie. Riley's intentions seem mixed, like one moment, he seems to want to get with Stephanie, and then the next, he wants Stephanie and Chris to get together. I'd be afraid to see Chris if Riley and Steph get together, because the shit would truly hit the fan if that were to happen. I have no clue where this story is going, but I can't wait to find out. :)

OMG i love this story! it is so cute! I cannot wait till the next chapter...and a comp at my dads...hm lol.

I wonder if Riley is going to go after Stephanie because he likes her, or if this is really an elaborate plan in order to get Chris and Stephanie back together. Riley seems to know everything that went on between the two of them, and I just can't fathom that he would want to deliberately hurt his brother, so I'm kind of hoping that he's going to go after her for her brother's sake. Chris obviously still has feelings for her and even if he did "work out" things with his wife, at some point and time he's going to have to confront those feelings for Stephanie.

Now, not only did you introduce this plot to us, but you give us the added layer of Hunter and Vince working together in order for Hunter to get Stephanie. That's going to factor in a lot with the story, and I can't wait to see how it unfolds, and if either Chris, Stephanie, or Riley gets wise to their plan. There are going to be so many repercussions. Can't wait for more. :)
