This is very well written. One thing I like a lot is the care with which you've chosen the rabbits' names. They "feel" right, and that's very important.

I liked this story alot even though I would have hoped for a happier ending. It was well written. Since I am a rabbit breeder, I enjoy reading all kinds of rabbit stories, one of my favorite books being Watership Down. I am looking forward to any other stories you might write. And for future reference, Kindling is the word used when a rabbit has babies. :) Hope to see more of your stories!
