Well, putting this under Sakano kind of spoils who some of the mystery, but even without that I would have thought it was Sakano and Tohma. I really like this fic.

that was really sad... although i would like to know who the pairing was, i couldn't help but feel it was a tohma/sakano.

Is it... Little Eiri and Yuki Kitazawa? At first I was all "zomg, Yuki was shot!" then it went to ,"ZOMG, SHUICHI!!" but, thinking over it... it looks more like Eiri and Yuki. Then again, Eiri started crying when Tohma arrived and he seemed completely in shock after shooting Yuki, so...

i dug it! and what makes it even more interesting...yet frustrating at the same time is that i have no freakin' clue who the narrator is. althogh i do have my suspicions. Lol. but its still good and i hope you do a whole story on it in the near future.
