Monki-Neko 2009-03-08 . chapter 12I really love the stories for the Lord of the Rings that you have done; they are not Mary Sue-ish at all and make sense and have a purpose--especially the Katie chronicles. I loved that series. I stayed up late reading them. The thing that really interested me, however, about that series and this one is the spiritual aspect of it. I'm not a religious person or of any religion at all, at the moment, but I'm not against them either and appreciate that they are one of the reasons people are mostly rational or sane in the world. Its just too bad that sometimes people use them as an excuse to start a war or do something else that's ridiculous and terrible. Anyway, what I meant to say is that your stories talk about religion, especially God in such a way that is not overbearing at all, is perfectly central to the story and that allows me to understand more about religions in general. I also like the fact that you are one of the few authors who research for your fics and don't ignor flames or critics--you deal with them and either have them understand your way of thought or understand yourself that not everyone will agree with you. But, thank you, your stories are truly heartwarming and delicious! |
Faerthurin 2009-02-03 . chapter 12Oh. It seems such a pity to lose him, but it is best for everyone this way. I hope he doesn't get killed in the War.
This just seems so real that I hate to give you a review of the writing, because that breaks the spell! Well done.

Faerthurin 2009-02-03 . chapter 6Well done for getting that Sherlock Holmes quote right! That's one of the most common misquotes ever.
I also catch, I believe, a reference to "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" - Professor Kirke's possibilities of Lucy's story. Well, Hannah's school taught her well!
This is the best Bamf story I've ever read. Very well done!

Kermitty 2008-12-24 . chapter 1I love your story. I think you are a wonderful writer who does not make the typical somebody-falls-into-the-other-world thing cliché.
Love,

HecatonchiresLM 2008-08-13 . chapter 12I liked this. Nice and low-key. Interesting OC characters too. |
Matthew McAdam 2008-06-30 . chapter 12Excellently written tale. I was very impressed. |
Josh 2008-06-27 . chapter 12 I am very impressed. That is an amazing story. You should really consider publishing it. |
Noruinivnes 2008-06-03 . chapter 12I read this story a long time ago and just dredged it back up recently. I love this story so much - it's so well written. It's really hard to find well written fan fiction, especially with this type of plot (crossing universes). But the story leaves me hungry for more. You should really consider writing a sequel, or writing some other sort of ME story. I've already read all of your other ones, and they leave me craving more. :D If fan fiction isn't your scene anymore, you should really consider writing a novel - I know I'd buy it. I love all of your stories - they extend deeper, exploring deep subjects and beliefs, and playing around with Tolkien's universe - making explanations for alleged coincidences. Anyways, I really hope you keep writing because you've really got some talent. :D
Hugs,

Cristalake 2008-05-25 . chapter 8YES! I KNEW IT! She DID have a sibling who died! I ROCK XD ^^ and so do u. |
Cristalake 2008-05-25 . chapter 7Did Hannah have a sibling who loved Tolkien and who died? That would explain her hate of all things fiction. |
Cristalake 2008-05-25 . chapter 5WHAT does she have against Tolkien? The mystery is KILLING me! |
Cristalake 2008-05-25 . chapter 3Hannah ia a **. A cold, mean, cruel **. The poor guy's world just got turned over and she's not the least bit sympathetic... The fic is still super cool though. Is she going to end up in middle earth I wonder? |
Elariel Erestorion 2007-12-29 . chapter 12This story is unlike any other I have ever read. It has been a breath of fresh air for a Tolkien purist who has been some what jaded about the world of fanfiction since the release of the movies. It seems the moment a movie is release based on a book the quality of the fanfiction writen in that fandom drops exponentially. It seems with 4 years seperating us from the release of return of the king this fandom has begun to recover.
Excellent story I hope to see more of your writting. |
Tarayani 2007-08-18 . chapter 1 wow! very creative and very nicely written beginning! I've visited a family member in the psych ward a couple times, so thank you for portraying it accurately and compassionately - I really liked Hannah's professed unease about being there even while she's trying to tell herself that it's not the patients' fault they're there. I'm looking forward to a fun read! |
LinnyLoo 2007-04-15 . chapter 12Oh my gosh this is A-MAY-ZING
And this is coming from someone who speaks with proper English at all times :P
I love this story.
Ah it's been too long since I rejected homework for LotR Fanfics xD |
