I'm a Kikyo-hater, through and through. -dives out of the way of large bulldozer- Dear lord... -.-; Anyways, I wanted to tell you that this fic is really good. I kept on swaying between who InuYasha was living his life with, Kagome or Kikyo. But when it said that Miroku, Shippo, and Sango were her family, I thought that it was Kagome, and then it said Lady Kikyo... MWARG! -bangs head on table- I'm rambling... I need to stop that... >< I liked how, in the end, Kikyo no longer hated anybody, even Kagome. You're writing's good, and I liked Kikyo in here (for a space of 5 seconds, but hey, that's a record for me, so you should be very VERY proud! -dives out of another bulldozer- I have the feeling you're not going to be happy with me or this review... Silence-Darkness 2008-03-17 ch 1,	abuse... Well, I went to read through some of your reviews for this piece of fiction first, and then considered your notes on a "happy ending" for the two. Because I first thought that it was Kikyo that made the wish, and then when you called her lady Kikyo that her wish was to possess Kagome's living flesh... ... and given that Inuyasha was hiding a lot from the Kikyo now, that he was trying to hide that little bit of ugliness. But still, Kagome making the wish makes a little more sense, I suppose. Still makes me wonder what you were talking about Kikyo finding the new clothes too restrictive; never wore a kimono (not japanese, not female), but I wouldn't imagine it's that much more restrictive to the traditional priest robes. Good story though. Flowing narrative, perhaps your emphasis on her jealousy or whatever could have been made a bit subtler, but overall a good fifteen minutes. Cheers.
sweet-ghyny13 2007-11-27 ch 1,	abuseThat is one compelling twist. I was honestly expecting it to be Kagome... since you said that she didn't have any miko powers... You know, Kagome was seldom described as a powerful miko in the manga or anime, especially when the comparison is drawn between her and Kikyo. I almost cried when I found out that Kagome made the wish... Does that mean she died? Cuz I didn't really catch any part where it says that she's still alive somewhere. Omg, I can only say that it's an incredible story, because of the twist and the realistic portrayal of Inuyasha and Kikyo as adults. Good job!
