(I hope you don't mind my reading this old stuff, but I saw the sequel was updated and couldn't start there...)

Pretty interesting stuff. I like the concept of a Trandoshan characters and it's clear that you like him very much. You do have some troubles with prose; "it's" for "its", some tense changes, and other little things like that. Trazu is not an endearing character; although it is a common and explainable trait in the Star Wars games (and games in general), he kills far too easily to be a proper protagonist. Otherwise, he is understandable enough. I like the lesson the human gives and how the theme of under or over-estimating runs through the chapter.

I've only as of yet read the first chapter but this is very well done! Bravo for finally giving the Trandoshans, my favorite species ever, some attention. (favs)

Is this set in the Kotor era, shortly before the prequels, during the Clone Wars, etc? Otherwise, its pretty neat. You could use more action though.
