anyway you asked if we had any ideas for a one shot forharley and joker
what if you wrote a fic - from those set i season 3 or 4 of BTAS-- what about how in hosw like Joker's million- when joker tried ot hire another henchwench- and harley got mad- at the end of the show-- harley dressed up like a "police woman" and had the billystick out at the joker-- it was funny-- we don't know if she hit him-- but he sure was "trying to talk her out of it- whith the now harley-- now you know ...blah blah( I owuld love to see harley ** at our boy- and HIM realize he needs to get back with her-- well just a suggestion-- and NO hitting from him- I think joker does care about harley and i like the fun an funny parts of their relationship

that was ... interesting the play on the Joker was somewhat between the comic and cartoon , the Joker was a little too -...nice a little too contradictory to every comic and discription of the Joker but thats wat makes it different and ur own

Woohoo! I knew you had it in you! This was really, really cute. I really like how you explored Harley's internal monologue and the Joker seemed in character while being sensitive. Good job! I could really see this coming out of BTAS, the Joker is so much more tame in that universe and Harley fits in there so well. Too bad the comics don't do enough for the curvy jester we love. You didn't have to be all blatant and you still managed to explore the characters without diminishing interest. Bravo! Personal preferences aside, I do agree that Joker has a sort of fondness for Harley because she gives him undivided attention TO AN EXTENT. I must aadmit, altough I'd ratehr see Harley strike out on her own a la 'Harley's Holiday' and 'Harley and Ivy', I liek the interaction she and the Joker have especially in Harlequinade.

Gosh, I think I'm going to have to echo everything Mitsuka already said. Again, for such a short piece, you put so much into it, and your portryal of the relationship. The way you explore the unconcsious need in this relationship is wonderful. I've never really seen another J/H 'fic (with one or two notable exceptions) explore that before. And you hit the nail right on the head with how the Joker needs Harley - you portray and explore that aspect of their relationship beautifully. How is it that you can show Harley being frightened, rejected, hurt, abused, ignored, shut out in the rain, being underappreciated...and yet, while I really feel for her, I love their relationship all the more? The Joker's subconscious need of Harley makes it all seem worth it, in a way. It's a sick and twisted romance, but very beautiful too. You show that.

You give me the impression of a writer who really puts thought into her characterizations, and as a result you do an excellent job. You give us the characters as we know them but tell us something kinda new as well. Your Harley is adorable and endearing and, as Mitsuka said, the Joker is such an unpredictable character (and as a result, rather difficult to write), but you really capture his nature in this. A highly enjoyable fanfic.

As for your question in your endnotes, I think any of your ideas in "Ace Puppet" would make interesting stories. Personally, I'd also *love* to see you try something dealing with their relationship back when Harley was Dr. Harleen Quinzel, too. :)

No matter how evil, sick, and twisted the Joker is.. he needs Harley.. So far, that seems to be the main theme of your stories, and I LOVE it.. cus it's true. I've read many Joker&Harley fics and you're the ONLY one who really EXPLORES the characters.
