It's good to see you're back up and running with this story. It's strictly for my own selfish reasons that I hope Jermaine turns out to be the 'fifth element' and not Aderyn. If it's not to be though, I'd be happy with knowing that Jermaine got out of the cave alive and in one piece.
Very nicely written. I wasn't expecting Ashley to pop up at the end. It'll be interesting to see what she's going to have to do with the story. Personally, I think she and Jack should hook up. They deserve each other. ^__^
And I love the Haruki/Raimundo thing!

Amazing... simply amazing. Seriously, this took my breath away. Your description of Omi was incredible - you kept him so in character and... I can't come up with adjectives. The whole piece was just stunning.

My one regret?

I wish this story was finished. Normally, I don't start a chapter story unless it's complete; I hate it when I really love a particular story and the author develops writer's block and therefore never completes their project. However, I am glad to have found you hanging around on this site. It's refreshing to finally read a story that's been thoughtfully developed by a talented writer. I can't explain to you how appreciative I am that when you write the characters, they remain themselves and don't morph into crazy versions of themselves (or even different people).

I'm sorry if I've rambled, and if my review doesn't make much sense. I'm really tired; it's late, I need to go to sleep x.x Hehe.

Anyway, please update! This will definitely remain on my favorites list :D If you update, I shall read and review.

It is 2:30 AM right now. This has taken me... 3 days to read (between the comings and goings of life). Not that that's a bad thing; actually, I really have enjoyed this story.

You write beautifully. Your sentences flow, the story is fantastic, and the characters are very muchly themselves--which earns you thousands of points in my book ;) I don't know how you came up with an idea that works this well, nor how you've managed to keep the characters so "in character", but you've done an amazing job at... everything. The quality of writing, even, is wonderful. You really have a talent for writing.
