| Otte 2005-09-26 ch 1, | abuseI go onto and meander about the pokemon section, avoiding the large, steaming piles of turd in the way. What's this? A Dragonfree story? Better read... And no, I wasn't at all disappointed. You write with flair and your own style, giving each character as much depth as the next. You really have given this Scyther depth and made him very real as a character - yes I've read The Quest for Legends. However, you aren't very good with keeping the dialogue to action ratio level. I prefer 4 lines of action, description and emotions to each line of dialogue but that's just me. At the start, Scyther's emotions are pretty strong and it's highly dramatic. I'd love to see more of Scyther in the main story (He's my favourite character. ^_^) I find it diffictult to critique this fic - which is a good sign since I'm a rather harsh critique despite only being twelve. Overall, I give this the thumbs up. You're probably one of the best fanfic authors about here. -Snow Charizard |
| Dannichu 2005-09-25 ch 1, | abuseI love Scyther so much! This goes really well with the main story, but you wrote it really well so you could read it without knowing what's really going on. Yay for you! |
| nightdragon0 2005-09-25 ch 1, | abuseThis is one view of Scyther that the others are probably not going to get to see. It's interesting seeing this other side of his memories too. Despite him being one of the characters in the main story, I think you've built this Scyhter up with enough background to have a story of his own. A monstly angsty one perhaps, but that's what makes him unique. |
