By just reading the first chapter I can tell that this character is definitely not a Mary-Sue. For one thing, there wasn't two paragraphs in the beginning of the story describing her appearance. Thank God for that. She doesn't appear to have any characteristics that scream, "Sue!" so I don't think you really need to worry, and the story itself is well-written so keep going with it :)
