But i guess that is just a matter of opinion. there wasn't much action to the story, just a lot of description of how hinamori is depressed. Not that you didn't do a good job writing the story, its just that I don't know how to appreciate it.

The changes on Hitsugaya's part are also interesting, and it seems like you will develop this romance with care. I found the first few paragraphs where you were talking about Matsumoto a bit confusing. It seemed like you were still talking from Hinamori's point of view, but since they're both "she", I sometimes doubted my own interpretation.
