Interesting although it does seems that there are a lot of the stories of a betrayed Harry going to Azkaban anymore. The part with Luna seems fairly in character, but I think you needed more development on Narcissa's part. Additionally, the ending was kind of odd.

wow this is the first time i've seen this variation of an azkaban!harry story. the "set up" that gets harry to jail actually involves something beyond "harry" crucio-ing some stupid shmuck (although percy seems to be a big favorite). voldemort actually does stuff to further increase suspicion, like the dark thoughts, dark aura, and red streaks in his eyes. a thumbs up to you for that.

While I can see some of it, I can't see them allowing Hedwig to be killed, at least not at the ministry. Interesting story though.
