Nice story so far. I do wander how long it is going to take the pieces to come together. I can not wait to see the next chapter.

Must mention:

"Darien raised an eyebrow at the name Neph offered but chose not to ask any questions." - only questions about his name? Found it a bit ironic that he immeadiately after asked a question.

This chapter has line breaks, yay! And here I was thinking I'd have to survive through endless two/three paragraph scenes that weren't all that long anyway. :D Pleasant surprise.

It's obvious that your writing stepped up a bit in the time between your writing of the first chapter and this one. Sam's a bit of an interesting character. And Darien - not Damien - actually had his dark, mysterious past behind all this, like I predicted. The backstory's good, actually, and there hasn't been much of it apart from the flashback/s, the prologue and vague references.

Some nice action going on between Darien - so I have decided to call him - and Serena. Meatball head. Classic. Ahh, I remember that, that is the eternal brilliance that is DarienxSakura.

"Darien halted his steps as he turned a corner. The neat cursive on the walls had abruptly stopped and directly in front of him was the blonde girl Serena, the apparently selective “mute” who had spoken to him earlier. Of course, what she had said had been confusing. Darien wondered what it was that went on in that head of hers to make her frown at him than give him a weird name like ‘Tuxedo Mask’. Serena ignored him as Darien stood there watching her move her pen across the metal. Now that he had a better chance to simply observe her Darien realized that she was older than he’d thought. In the approximately two minutes he had previously seen her Darien had assumed that Serena was about fourteen due to her extremely short height. But now he estimated that she was maybe seventeen or eighteen."

THAT PARAGRAPH IS TA KILLZ. My mind has been literally *blown away*... Knock on my head and it's hollow, y'know?~~

Ooh, and nice plotty stuff going on with the captain and Krunzite. (Nice to know what the fic title means by the way, too). Have to ask about them. Who are they in SM? I've never heard of them. Or are they OC's...?)

So brings me to the eternal question...

Darien comes from /Alintarouge/? You serious...? I totally LOL'd at that. Are you trying to imply something? Subliminal message, perhaps? Swap the "g" with the "u"... No really, I'm flattered. :)

Should I start calling myself that from now on?
