Well ** me gently with a chainsaw, why don't ya? This was so hard to read, you could feel the guilt and pain and, most of all, the temptation. I could never see Chandler/Rachel working in canon, but, for some reason, I can see them post-finale. Weird.

Also, I love the repitition, it gives the fic a sort of rhymthm

not a bad fic. emotionally powerful. that's mostly a strength, but it gets overdone in spots. most notably, I observed a tendency toward repetition: I first started picking up on it right around where Rachel "felt like screaming; screaming at him...screaming at Ross...screaming at Monica...(etc.)." I think it works okay right there. and I thought that coming back to the "desperate and alone" sequence the second time was a really potent use of repetition...serious emotional gravity there.
but when you say, "He was wonderful (repeat with: amazing, forbidden) that way," or "something more. Something stronger. Something wonderful; something powerful, yet something insatiable. Something...", it's nothing short of overkill. the effect loses its potency from overuse in these spots.
so trim down on the repetition a little, 'kay? 'cuz it's a strong, well-written fic--it takes illicit Randler and makes it emotionally believable. believe me, it deserves this improvement.

Ooh. Randler. *Forbidden* Randler no less. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but the story was so good that I think I like it... but the most wonderful thing about the CR pairing for me is how extremely funny it is, so this defeats that point... but I think I still like it. Huh. But I love the story, even if it *is* angst (write some bunnies in Chandler's dreams or something!!)... M blah CR is so cute! And tragic, in here.

hi... well... as i said before... you are great as a writter... this story is so poetic and well written.
Of course... as a mondler fan i hate the idea of Chandler and Rachel cheating on Monica and Ross. Well, i don't like Chandler and Rachel at all (specially since we never saw any hints about that in FRIENDS)but you write too dam well and that's why i can't resist reading your CR stories... dam it! i'm afraid you migth convert me one day... lol

Oh...:resists urge to hug spacemonkey: It's so beautiful. And heartbreakingly sad, in a different way than your usual heartbeakingly sad fics. Darn you! On the "Monica had been ignoring him for a long time" I must agree, however much it pains me. The writers seemed to have turned Monica into an obsessive, competative freak around season six or seven. I miss old Monica.

The irony is before London I used to ship CR, but then I went Mondler and there's no going back. I abore CR now. Mondler and JR is the only way.
