abuseI have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and this wrap-up, except for the very end. Having Argo save Caesar feels like a blatant deus ex machina. I understand that you were trying for a "redemption" theme (at least that was my interpretation), but I felt the story would have been better served using this as the final line: "Alone on the last night of his life, Caesar waited for the end."

But then, I'm a sucker for endings that leave final events to the reader's imagination.
