I liked how you made TK honorably sacrifice himself for the sake of his loved ones. I think I would have done the same if I had written a story like this.

I think you already know I've had characters in my stories pull off honorable sacrifices.

This was a good chapter and anthoner great series.

I knew eventually someone was goning to die off, i never knew who though. I'm currently reading The Reasons for Heroes and i know it will be as good as the others.

NO! Takeru! Oh well, at least he died a hero's death. Hope he gets avenged.

Noble sacrifices are vey hard for anyone to do and it ALWAYS requires a great length of courage and selflessness.

In many fics, TK is always portrayed as the ideal "perfect" pretty boy with Kari at his side and Davis as the always evil one.

But I like how you recreated TK in this fic and added more to his personality. He sacrifice himself willingly for the better good regardless of fact that Davis didn't want him to and would have done the job himself. TK saw that Davis would be needed for bigger things and couldn't risk him being killed off should something happen.

Some might think of what happened to TK in the chapter is a form of TK bashing; however, someone who selflessly give of themselves for the good and well-being his friends and families is someone to be respected, therefore, this wasn't a form of TK bashing.

I can only wonder what'll happen next now that "Veemon" amd "Gatomon" have been introduced. Will they changed into their other forms like Paidramon, Imperialdramon and Angewomon? Just a thought.

Well, good final chapter to this story and I've got to say that Takeru's death is a noble and brave one, in which he died a hero, which is how a hero should die if they ever do.

One question: How many series stories that you plan for your 'Heroes' series until it ends?

I hope that you are not going to end it with the way that Angel ended, which was too much of a cliffhanger and left plenty up to suggestion.

Nice way of introducing Ken into the story. I like the whole twist with the old man and all in regards to the two kids who were to be kidnapped. The story is progressing well and I hope to see more soon.

By the way, I'm not sure if you're aware but FFN staff deleted my Digimon 02: Chances fic again and sad to say I don't have back up chapters for the fic. Those jerks destroyed the way I once looked at this site. I might have decided to forget about this site completely if not for a few good writers like yourself. They deleted my story just because of a few typos. For Christ sakes, I've found fanfics that are worst than my that are still posted on this site and never removed once. Their hypocrisy really sickens my and I'm not sure if I even want to continue writing fics anymore after FFN staff insulted me like this again.

Interesting, this chapter does have an Angel like tone to it with Hikari turning into a vampire, Daisuke having to kill her, and Daisuke going to some great powers in order to save her. Pretty. . . cool!
