Entire passages in this story are lifted from Neil Gaiman's graphic novel "Black Orchid." I noted that in the beginning of chapter one, you state that "This is an based on the story 'The Black Orchid' by DC Comics (Vertigo to be precise." However, there's a huge difference between basing an original work on an existing work and taking passages from that work and not crediting their original author. I know this is a work of fan fiction written for fun and not for profit, but I would argue that plagiarism is never acceptable.
