First and best ever Dr. Wonka fic I've read. I love how you made the whole building thing and made it logical and rational. At first I thought it was Willy writing in the diary and was surprised to know it was his dad. Very good job!

Alright - you've written a marvelous stream-of-consciousnes story - so now you've got to do one using 2 (yes, count'em - two :) streams-of-consciousness stories intertwined on the meeting between WW and his father. It's going to be a tough nut to crack - may even risk being a bad nut! But I would love to see your approach to this scene. From the squeaking of the gloves to the look in WW's eyes (did you notice that his look was very different to that of the father's which was much more one of a pained joy), the scene in the movie was priceless!
I love your use of language and the use of short, declarative sentences. Very nice, indeed. I hope you will continue to write a few more pieces - I will eagerly look for them!

I like the little twist there. It was nice to read something from Dr. Wonka for a change. I really liked it, creative and well written.

Angsty, of course, but wonderful. I love how it's from Dr. Wonka's perspective. That way you write it...the father and son seem so alike. The Wonka gene, I suppose.

Imagine my joy and surprise while I was sifting through the less-than-wonderful fics on this site, seeing if anything new had been posted, when I saw something entitled, Dear Diary. I had supposed that it was another stupid humor fic, but then I saw YOUR name and I thought, Hmm. By all means, let's check this out. And I'm so glad I did. Man, I am SO favoriting this. I guess it's a oneshot? As a firm believer in happy endings, I would love it if there was a happy second chapter, saying about how they both reconciled...but I don't think it would fit. *sigh* Oh well..
