An interesting little twist on things.

The story has intriguing possibilities to it. If Gaara carried his sand in the big Gourd... could Naruto carry his leaves in a large cloak? Just thoughts.

Though I know it's been a long while since you updated, I'd love to see you continue with this story at some point.

That was really a great first two chapters. But i'm worried that this, like half the Naruto fics I see, is an abandoned story. You haven't updated in almost a year. True that your first chapter took you 5 months, but almost a year is just too long...

Heh, this story certainly is interesting...

I rather liked the second chapter compared to the first--the whole situation with Naruto saving the man who placed him into the Forest of Death was a little too contrived for me to completely accept it (though, it's probably due to the presence of OCs), but I definitely liked how the situation is tending towards forcing the Kyuubi to cooperate with Naruto in order to gain a degree of freedom...

Hopefully it won't take you another five months to update--this story definitely has my interest now, and I hope that an update is coming out soon!
