Evan Sol 2007-01-23 . chapter 1 Very good story.
However Cronus is the greek Satarn and Chronos is the God of Time. Don't worry, everyone makes that mistake. Still a good story! |

Snowtigress 2005-10-13 . chapter 1Amazing! Oh how I love your work! ::bows to goddess of writing:: Your stories are like I'm hearign them from some ancient wise person and your description is wonderful!
I fell in love with your other story between Mamoru and Usagi (I can't really say the name right so I'm not going to try).
Your work is amazing (I can't say it enough) and I get much joy out of reading stories of one of my favorite series.
Keep them coming!

 ffgirlmoonie 2005-10-13 . chapter 1u gotta update, it's good! |
 elianthos 2005-10-13 . chapter 1*blinks eyes awe-struck*.
Ah, so beautiful! I found about it while reading on LiveJournal, so I just hopped merrily to your page.
( I was trying to figure my brand new LJ page options, links, friends lists and stuff, but being me a major web klutz, I just gave up and started surfing Usako_Mamoru C2. AND I FOUND YOU -and your plug-in for this fic ^^ -! *cheers* I'm very happy, also because my story alerts for your page are behaving strangely *pouts and sends a mental glare to her usually trusty e-mail box* and I had no notice of this update so far). *Ok, now stop digressing and complaining, eli. You're supposed to give your opinion on the fic here, you see*
Well... you gave every senshi the most proper origin and creator ( Naoko-san would be proud of you!).
Have I understood right that Selene and Aphrodite are related - meaning that they are relatives, sister by blood? - , or it's more a bond born by their power and personality affinities? I'm at the same time thrilled by this, and a bit saddened: because in my next fic I've planned to make them sister (not sure if half-sister or twins. I'm still fixing the genealogies), but I have your version to compare mine with, and I'm feeling a bit discouraged...
So every senshi was born from a stone... like Endymion's Shitennou. Sort of cosmic balance. COL!
Matching purple eyes with Vision is a smart touch too *claps claps claps*
And the Holy Chalice fragments... it's canon information, all right, but the way you used it makes it... different. And GOD!
Major question: where did the gods go after creating the senshi? Did they leave their avatars to rule/protect universe, while they retired somewhere else (another dimension, parallel universe, Nirvana...)? Or they are still ruling, leaving the fighting issues to the Senshi?
Or where they killed before Silver Millennium? Sorry for bugging you on this topic. But it's something I'm debating myself for my fic also. I've made up and explanation in either cases (retirement vs death/murder).
I'd be very curious now to know *your* theory. And it would be great to learn about it in Kakera, Aika, or other fics upcoming chapters. |
nur sadirah 2005-10-12 . chapter 1 hello there, how are you?i thought that the telling of the origin of the sailors will be boring but i must say that your classic way of storytelling is really interesting and poetic.i love your idea of letting the sailors to be brought to life by other gods and goddesses.its also interesting that they are made by jewels and that their characters comes from the gods and goddesses.i like it that you are very thorough in your description but i must say that the first part where you describe serenity creation was a bit confusing to me but then it becomes beautiful.i also love that you have made the crystal to have an awareness that it try to protect serenity.i love everything about this fanfic.you did a great job and you words are poetic and wonderful.i'm disappointed however because i can't find the endymion's heritage.can you tell me the website and if you have any other fanfics can you give me the website to because i want to read other stories you've written.i would love to hear from you and please keep on writing because you have a gift for it. |
 Tasie 2005-10-12 . chapter 1Fah-Bu-LOUS!
I loved it when it was apart of the original fic and I love it as a separate (extended) piece. You and your partner are excellent writers and I can't wait for more chapters! |

YamiPaladinofChaos 2005-10-11 . chapter 1Me like. Me like much. A nice explanation, and a good way of getting familiar with the Outers, who I personally remember a lot less.
I'm unable to say much more. Ah well.
Very nice. |
Natsudori Lina 2005-10-11 . chapter 1*reviews the stuff she already knew and skips down to the senshi's origins*
Ah! I love that you go through how each God created a senshi! *loves loves loves it* And they're made of gemstones! They mirror the Shittenou! So *appropriate!*
Hermes the Messenger, the quick-witted, sharp-tongued and fleet-footed one, blessed a sapphire with the powers of ice and the grace of wisdom. He named her Mercury, and from the sapphire’s once-cold heart grew a maiden with a mischievous soul. She was the Trickster, like her deity, and her weapon was a lyre of frost.
*Eyes bug out* MERCURY'S GONNA BE MISCHIEVOUS! *dances around happily, skipping, and throwing the occasional bit of confetti in her glee*
Aphrodite, who was Selene’s close sister
*grins* Is that why they look V-chan and Moon look kinda alike? Because they're related in a twisted sort of way? *remembers what you said about them in the Silver Millenium* Never mind, they're not related... are they? *has confused herself*
Zeus, intrigued at the idea of creating a woman who would not live to be the human race’s Trojan horse as Pandora had been
I like how he creates Jupiter because he's curious... ^_^;
Ahh, outer senshi...
In the enormous garnet orb mounted on the staff was the final piece to the Relic, which would in later years be known as the Holy Grail, the Chalice of Life.
Oo-la-la.
As the ‘Inners’ guarded Serenity from killers within, the ‘Outers’ had different roles that, much to their dismay, took them away from their beloved Princess.
*croons* Poor Outers...
Saturn had scarce met Serenity when she was struck with the dart of endless sleep, never to awaken unless explicitly bidden so by a royal of the Moon or a Deity. Should the Princess fall at the hands of an enemy, Saturn would rise and her glaive would reap and scythe the lives of the Kingdom – with her powers of rebirth, she would allow them all a new chance, yet never receive one herself. She ensured the Princess’ near-Immortality.
*bursts into tears* Poor Hotaru-chan! *pets her hair lovingly, as the scythe inches dangerously close to her throat*
Neptune and Uranus, though they saw Serenity oftener than Pluto and the ever-sleeping Saturn, found it easy to hate yet love the more carefree Inner senshi. They protected what they all lived for at close quarters, and so the Outers loved and envied them.
OMGSUCHAPERFECTEXPLANATION! So, so appropriate. It fits so well! *grins in satisfaction*
None, however, including the Ginzuishou, could ever quite comprehendhow despite all their efforts and desperation and devotion, the System would fall, and the Princess with it… but that is another tale for another night.
*grumbles because she knows the story but wishes she has your version of it* Gonna do that too?
Also, I *adore* how the ones with purple eyes have the Sight. It really makes sense. Kinda explains why Rei and Hotaru have that in common.
*hugs you and ruffles hair affectionately* Very well done, imouto-chan!
*Hopes she got the first review*
