Shizuku Tsukishima749 2008-05-18 ch 9,	abuseI think I know the song 'The Rainbow Connection'; if it's the same one, that is! lol. That was a play the other second grade classes and I put on, and I sang a solo for it! ^_^ Anyway, that was my favorite song out of the whole play! It's a beautiful song, and it was an excellent idea to connect it with this story! Though the slaying were pretty freaky/graphic, I thought it was a very dark side to what very well may have happened if Rainbow a run away and Murky ACTUALLY had a stroke of genius! XD Really, what happened to Stormy was incomparably frightening, but incredibly realistic, and thus, kudos to you! Gas chambers, eh? Yikes. When I read that, I thought she had been found during WW2! All in all, this was an extremely wonderful story, especially when Clarice married Daniel (SEE! He's all right!), she saw Rainbow, and sang the Rainbow Brite tune and believed in her, even though just about no one else did (besides Bettina)! Keep up the brilliant work; you're bringing great things to this site! ^U^ U Ever-so sincerely signed, Shizuku Tsukishima749 :D ;D :) ;) P.S.-- I thought the memories of Stormy and Rainbow together were insanely heartwarming/wrenching! You are SO good! I also thought it was a fitting ending; a bit short, perhaps, the ending memory, but that could just be because I'm used to the long ones! lol. Nonetheless, the memory was absolutely fitting, despite my internal quarrels, and therefore, Keep it rockin'! ^U^ P.S.S.-- How are the Color Kids, Sprites, Twink, and Starlite alive? Last I checked, they were...d...dea...I-I can't s-say it. You know, though...
Shizuku Tsukishima749 2008-05-18 ch 1,	abuseI got SO much emotion out of the last line where Twik was thinking that it's NUTS! I said, 'Oh my gosh!' when I read that last line, and I meant it! That was SO STRIKING!! It was such a SAD chapter in total, especially with Story, who rocks like heck, but even more so because the Color Kids, Twink, Starlite, and all of the others have been 'abandoned' by Rainbow! I also loved the emotion and scene that was created in my head when Krys was pulling Rainbow back inside the Color Castle after she was freaking out about Stormy, and when she slapped Tickled Pink! By the way, I LOVE Moonglo! I think just think she's such a thoughtful, wonderful girl who simply wants to make everyone happy and see the bright side of the night through her work and nature! The Turbo Man 2007-09-15 ch 9,	abuseIt was a well spent two years of your life writing this story, Charles, as it was excellent and very moving. I enjoyed every single minute reading it. I give it a confident 10 out of 10. Excellent work.

Rainbow land, in RUIN! cries I'm a writer, I know how tempting it is to leave it at a junction where the reader decides, but not this one, please. I love this story, thought. It is simple, direct, to the point, and deep. Great Work!
The Turbo Man 2007-08-09 ch 8,	abuseI apologise profoundly for not getting around to reading this fic sooner. It is FANTASTIC and very moving, showing a much darker side to Rainbow Brite's world. I hope everything is made alright in the end. Keep up the good work on this excellent fic.
Raye Sun 2007-07-08 ch 7,	abuseWell this chapter definetely isn't the light one I was hoping for. If anything it was even darker than some of the previous ones. No offense but maybe you should change the genre for this story from Fantasy/Drama to Tragedy/Angst cause that's what it's starting to feel like. I'm not really enjoying this story much anymore but I will continue to read just to see how it ends.

Raye Sun 2007-03-28 ch 6,	abuseI have to admit I'm a little ashamed. I had your story on my alert list and recieved the e-mail when you updated two months ago but I sort of ignored it. I was so uspet about what happened in the last chapter that I was afraid to read the next one. I'm glad I did though. This chapter was deffinetely a little lighter which was a welcome relief after all the horror of the last two. I can't tell you how happy I am to know that Brian's alive! Even if he's in a coma I'm just glad he didn't die! Please make me happy again and tell me that Canary Yellow didn't get killed! I hope the next chapter will start to bring some more light to the story and give hope for a happy ending. Update soon!

Raye Sun 2006-08-05 ch 5,	abuseI'm a litte disturbed. This story is so much more morbid than I ever thought Rainbow Brite could be. Please don't let Stormy kill Canary Yellow. It was hard enough reading about her killing Brian. I hope you can find some way to give this story a happy ending and return it to the Rainbow Land I fell in love with as a child.

But his death can't be helped, I guess, so let's see WHY he was actually killed or rather: what turned Stormy into that cruel being...? And I'm curious about what will happen to Rainbow now - will she meet the others again? :D Still a great story - I'll await the next chapter with anticipation ;)
