Nice! Not many people have written about this yet - and from what Carson has shown so far, he'd be devastated by his error in judgement, however well meant. Good character work, and I liked Rodney's little understanding moment as well.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love your insight into these characters? Because I do so very much. Great job. It was thoughtful and you got the feeling of depression without it being too heavy and still have a light ending. Very nice balance.
