Imperfect Type 2008-08-11 ch 19,	abuseI have to say that I really loved this story. I was trying to decide which IY fanfic I should read next, and strangely enough it was between Thousandfurs, some other one, and Dog Skin. I opened to the first chapter of each story just to see how it started and which one would pull me in more. I had only gotten to your a/n about how your story and Dog Skin both were based on the same Grimm fairytale (which I hadn't noticed when I read the summaries) that I knew I wanted to read both stories. However, I liked your summary a bit more (and I think your a/n made me want to read yours even more), and I'm glad I read your story first. I have to say that now I don't even know if I really need to read Dog Skin. It's probably been a month, since I finished reading it, so I can't remember everything I wanted to write, but I really liked everything about your story. It did end a little too fast and perfectly wrapped up, but at the same time, I'm glad it wasn't one of those stories with a dragged on battle scene (gets kind of boring). Plus, it added a nice surprise. So even though it felt a bit rushed at the end, I don't really mind it. And hey, I have to admit I like happy endings. It was a great story. ^_^

I liked how you kept the characters like themselves, despite the obvious alternate universe. At first I was a little iffy about reading it, because I'm not a big "alternate universe" fan. But it was totally worth it. Again, I just wanted to thank you for posting this story online. I know it's a few years old, but it was something that I needed to read. (I'm in a very stressful time and I needed happy moments) Although bits of it did make me cry...because Inuyasha is stupid and Miroku was also being ignorant. Okay, I'll end this rant before it gets too bad. Just, thanks.

He did only love her as the Princess and not Thousandfurs. Oh well. It ended just fine. I'm such a sucker for romance. :)
