JaxsLady 2007-09-13 ch 24,	abuseSurprise Ending to a very well thought out trilogy. Good storyline, good progression, kept the readers engaged in the story and wanting to read more. Editing was fairly good, some slip ups, with their and there, but nothing that would detract from the story. Some short chapters and some longer ones. I seem to harp on this subject, don't I. Fortunately, in the context of reading all 24 chapters in one sitting, then short chapters are not a problem but I might be frustrated if I were to read them one by one. But as I said before, if the story is good, and so far, all your stories have been quite intriguing. I have enjoyed seeing this side of Jack. It humanizes him and lets us see behind his clear blue eyes. So often in 24, we only get to see a bit of Jack's emotional side, yet we, as television viewers, know that he is pained every time he has to kill someone, torture someone or be involved in something distasteful. You have permitted us to see that side of Jack. Great Job!!

And who would understand better than Tony who was imprisoned for treason after trying to save Michelle, just as Jack tried to save Kim. Tony is the best possible medicine for Jack right now. I think Jack is finally getting back to himself and understanding that what happened was not his fault. You are doing a wonderful job with portraying the agonizing mental and physical journey back to life of a man who has been tortured extensively. I applaud your story and look forward to more.

Sphinx87 2006-08-12 ch 10,	abuseI like your development of the story line. You got Chase to deliver the message to Jack, that there is no one condemning him for his actions, but himself. And he almost starts to believe it, until the last paragraph of Chapt 10. He's figuring that Heller & Palmer have been ignoring him, not at all. He pushed them away, they stayed away out of respect for Jack. Jack will have to be the one to let them know that it's OK to approach. Jack will have to communicate to them, that he wants them to contact him. Great going! Please keep going with this story, as time permits you to do so. I really have been enjoying reading it. "“You okay Jack, why don’t you take a seat,” he said, hoping to make him feel comfortable. “I was wondering,” Jack said quietly, “if you wanted to go for a drink… if you have the time or something…”" Jack could use the trip too. Keep going, I really enjoy all your fics.
