I am wondereing if this is an one-shot or not -- I get the feeling that it is not. If it is a one-shot, I think I would have liked it better if you had examined Jimmy's feelings some more about his situation and his choice -- such as his feeling of disappointing his father and his girlfriend, and his feelings about his desire to call Ellie and to draw her (but I still liked it the way it is). It this isn't a one-shot, I know you are building up to the things I mentioned. I think that this is a good story, and you did a nice job will the dialogue of both the characters. Great work! |
