aw... how i love a happy ending.

I don't even know if you read these anymore seeing as your story's been done for a while, but just thought I'd let you know that your character really is a Mary-sue. It gets more blatantly obvious towards the end. The basic story is good, but you could throw in a few twists, like having her fall in love with someone who doesn't love her back, ruining her relationship with her mother and having to fix it, etc. You could just edit it and make it better, although I'm sure by this point you've moved on. Just figured I'd let you know that she is a mary-sue, but not irrevocably so.

Hey Rae! I only got to chapter 13 tonight...I'll read more tomorrow. Anyways its pretty good thus far, some typos & a little bit dull at the beginning, but it's really heating up. Mush! *grins*

Wow, I was so curious what it could be she was saving her money for... how cute! It's Racetrack's dream come true, and her's as well. AND he stopped smoking! What a sweet, sweet story. :P

Yep, it was sappy. But it was a decent sort of sappy because Race finally got what he wanted, so I'll deal with it. :) I enjoyed this story more than I let on, trust me... ^^ Keep up the good work on whatever else you decide to do. :)
