I absolutely adore this fic- the relationship between Neji and Sakura is very well developed and emotionally sound, versus the somewhat superficial and rushed feeling to most fics. There is actually a background behind their relationship instead of a sudden epiphany regarding the other, and frankly it's very moving. It's sad that this hasn't updated in so long, has it been discontinued or is it simply on hiatus?

Beautiful story you have here. I love the way you outline the complex relationship between Neji and Sakura, as well as the stunning imagery you use. All in all, a job very well done. *applauds*

But for the sake of my detailed critiquing habit, I do feel that some aspects could be improved on. For one, I think that it's highly unrealistic for Neji to use as familiar a name as Hizashi and for Sasuke and Orochimaru to use their real names, a tad bit more so than I would like to have in a fanfic. Secondly, even though this is just a personal preference, I would really prefer if Sakura and Neji's relationship could be kept strictly non-romantic. I feel that your story is much more appealing and unique if they were kept as friends and helpers to each other, and when the romance started coming in I really started to lose interest.

But keep up the good work, and I hope to see more updates from you soon!

Of all the Neji/Sakura stories I've read this is one of the few that has caught my attention and heald it like my dog holding onto her favourite chew toy. The sad thing is that you haven't updated in ages. I mean come on! It's the 19th of December. Please try and update before the end of the year is out.
