OMG, first of all...it's been years (100% true btw, YEARS) since I've read anything or reviewed anything here on But, when I got on I NEW I had to read something of yours because I've ALWAYS been a huge fan! ^.^" I LOVE YOUR WORK!

I still like this story, and where it's going. The thought behind it is cool - tough, stoic Heero being afraid of a little kiss. ^^

There's just one thing that bothers me. Your writing style seems a bit too systematic. One line of speech, one line of action. One line of speech, one line of action. One line of speech, one line of action. One line of speech, one line of action. And so on and so forth. Speech that is only ever accompanied by 'he said' without giving the reader a look at the characters' body language and such is not a good thing, but here the actions seem a bit redundant at times, like it's only done for the sake of doing it. Does Duo ever sit still for more than three seconds?!

Iunno. It could be a matter of taste. I guess it does give your prose a certain, what'd ya call it... rhythm? It's just that it's not a comfortable rhythm, at least for me.

But that was the only negative thing I found about this fic. The rest - charactersiation, flow, vocabulary, etc - was nice. I'm looking forward to the next chapter!
