Wow. Just, wow. I've been browsing through your works, and this is one of my favorites so far. I also like your Untitled Celeborn fic as well...and some of the stuff about Sirius (what I understand, of course, since I've not finished Harry Potter).

I was fortunate enough to see a review you'd left on a vastly inferior story, and I followed your name back to this story.

This is amazingly beautiful. I wish I could describe the feelings it evokes in me as eloquently as you describe the feelings in Faramir. Beautifully done indeed.

I like it! I think I'd have liked it better if you'd left out the line "(He had never really wanted to be Turin.)" because you'd already convinced me he did want to be. Aside from that, I think it was really good!

It's quite poetic, actually. It sounds like a one-shot deal, though, because the words are so beautifully strung together. However, seconds would be nice, if they could measure up to this chapter. I would love to read anything more to this!

When I first read the lay of Turin Turambar, I actually thought of the Finduilas/Finduilas connection, but I never analyzed it that closely.

That was absolutely beautiful and well thought out. Such a nice change from the usual nonsense that intrudes on this genre. As to being an idiotic premise, far from it my dear; it was only that someone far thinking needed to bring the parralells to our attention. I say a job well done and thank you for posting.
