You have a good story forming, however, i want to put some points in.

Too much characters, too little character developement.

Sayoko is supposed to be a main character in this story... However, it feels more like a side character...

You might want to divert off the story a little more. I feel a little like I was reading a summary of the original movie.

(smiles) So, you finally updated, eh? Hey, are you going to be online later? Oh, just found out something. Ion's powers actually seems like magic instead of real physical strengh. Had to see him summon his power in slow motion several times to get that to click. (I am a baka, right?) Oh, by any chance that the Rei or whatever his name is guy can train someone using cruel and unusal methods?
