Who's the girl? Im guessing that its Hinata, but then again I guess it could also be Sakura. Both kinda hide thier emotions around him.

Hinata's shy and Sakura is loud. Sakura likes Sasuke, but she doesnt shun Naruto like everyone else. She shuns him, sure, but she shuns him for other reasons.

Now, your story may have been good, but you could describe more detail, give insight to Naruto's problems.

You have to give your story something to make it stand out, I mean there are a lot of stories out there like yours. Just somthing, some element that makes your story different.

I cant help you with that, only the writer can figure out that problem. Oh, well,...
