This is my first WinryRoy fic that I've read and, I have to say, I am impressed. It was such a great read. I finished it all in one dose.

Everything about it was wonderful. From the way Winry fights each little detail until she finally, simply, forgives him. And Roy was a treat. I don't mind that you totally destroyed his arm and killed my favourite character all in one chapter. -cough-

And your descriptions are fabulous too. Especially the automail surgery. Great job. Way to tie up all the loose ends. And hell, you even had a plot.

... Wow. I really loved this story--everything seemed so real, from Winry's point of view to Roy's personality to even the process of installing the port on Roy. You're an excellent writer as well, and the ending is so bright, fresh, and open that it just makes me feel really positive about life. Excellent story!

Oh, damn it! That was just AWESOME! ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygod!

Consider yourself officially worshipped. Because I totally worship you. Damn it, FINALLY. You know how many pieces of crap Roy/Winry stories I've tried to force myself through before stumbling across this one? Lots. WHY are there are so few stories out there for them? (And I have no idea why I'm so fasnicated by a Roy/Winry relationship. For some reason, no other pairing feels more right to me).

The problem is that EVERY single one of them (or at least all the stories that I've attempted to read) just can't do it (or if they can, it's only one-shots, and that just ain't enough for me. I'm greedy like that). Either the writing is crap, the storyline is crap, the characters are very crappily out of character, or Winry forgives Roy almost the instant he apologizes. There's been a FEW that have come close to it for me. Close, oh so achingly close. But they still fall short (kinda like Ed).

But damn it. This was SO amazing! The writing was beyond gorgeous and positively mouth-watering (well...maybe the surgery wasn't ALL that mouth-watering, kinda took away my appetite, but I was still very morbidly engrossed by it. And when Roy started pleading, and apologizing, my eyes misted. And it's a very rare occasion that a fanfic has actually made me shed some tears. Well done), the plotline was simply delicious (seriously, I gorged myself on this story), the characters were SO true to themselves (I don't think I've ever seen Roy written better. And you did great with Winry's POV), and Winry's eventual forgiveness, and then feelings for Roy, were so believable. I'm so in love with this story right now.

But damn it (again). I want more! Write a sequel! As of right now you're the only person in the known universe that can manage a fantastic Roy/Winry story (in my opinion, at least), and I just haven't had enough (I told you, greedy). Please. Please. PLEASE!

It doesn't matter if you don't have anymore angst to give us, it doesn't matter if the story is just fluff, damn it! JUST GIVE ME! Cause you're awesome, and your writing rocks, and I need it!

Okay, well...maybe a little angst. I can't, in good conscience, read a story with no plot and simply pure fluff. But a little fluff never hurt anyone, did it (LOTS of fluff, yes, it almost hurts to read it, but a LITTLE? Naw)? You'd be my favorite person if you wrote a sequel.

But I think I've jabbered on about the awesomeness of you and this story for long enough (WAY too long). I just stayed up basically a whole night reading this. I won't be able to sleep now. If I sleep, I'll wake up at 5:00 in the afternoon and get fired for not showing up to work on time. Something's gotta pay the bills, right?

Wow this was simply wonderful. Your writing was amazing and so deep. Since I love angst, I probably enjoyed it even more than most people. I loved the pain, anger, desperation, guilt. Such great ingredients to make a great fic. I think because they are Roy and Winry and the past haunts them both still, the story is even more poignant.

I like reading stories like this... to many people try to write non cannon relationship stories and forget to put good detail about how the emotions evolved from the cannon emotions to the romantic ones... it is a vital part especially in the Hate to love transition. Please continue writing!

This was a super duper absolutly wondergul story! It was so realistic with amazing details! You were awesome! And goodness was I feeling MAD sad for the situations. I'm glad Roy finally got an understanging of things. That idiot.

I LOVED this story! It has some serious angst, but its very well written and I love the ending :)

Well, that was one amazing story. Heartbreaking to read, and completely belivable. It I had to point the best part, for me it was the idea that Roy and Ed had both considered using one another to bring a dear person back (o rather, Roy confessing he had thought of using Riza, then Ed). One of those dark soul secrets that all have and few confess... Beautifully written...

I heard your plea to review, and even though I´m not through the story I can say this: IT´S AMAZING! For a diehard fan of mangaverse and Roy/Riza like me, you are discovering me a whole new world. The way you write Winry is so belivable... And the fact there is a hidden plot, and not just the usual hurt/comfort story makes this so exiting! Thanks for this!

This was such a beautiful story! I love how well you wrote Roy in this, as well as Winry (who is the character I have the least interest in). You are so going on my fav list!
