I am really torn between laughing and crying, right now; laughing because really Yami calling to ask about toilet paper in such a former and proper manner is rather giggle-inducing, and crying because really you've made Tea so real, I can't help but relate to what she has just gone through.

I must say the intermittent repetition of the time was a stroke of genius.

I absolutly love this. Though it's a one-sided Yami Yuugi/Anzu fic, it's by far my favorite story of the pairing. In fact, I can't even recall reading ANY good fics of the pair before. Your portrayl of Anzu (her infatuation with Yami Yuugi as well as her character overall) is perfect. I burst out laughing during the phone conversation when he asks about the toilet paper and.. and I'm just so glad I managed to find your story! I know I'm babbling but do you know how incredibly rare it is to find a decent Anzu fic?

Finally! I've been looking for some well written Téa/&Yami/Atem fanfiction for oh... 3 days I think (on various archives) and just found this one. Finally someone who uses spellcheck and can write complete sentences.

As for Yami's phone call... man, that was bitter. I can relate to Téa (every girl that has been in love can, I think): antagonizing over that phone call an entire hour and all he wants is to know how he can get new toilet paper. I was expecting something that Téa wouldn't like (worst case scenario: him confessing to her that he has feelings for someone else and doesn't know how to court them thus asking her for advice) but toilet paper? I'll have you know I screamed 'No, you dimwitted jerk!' at my screen when I read that.

A very well written One Shot. You've taken the reader (in this case me) on that hellish rollercoaster ride of unrequited love and although that's normally not a very enjoyable thing I still did enjoy this story very much (if that makes any sense at all).
