ok yeah the riddle-writing kind of annoys me because my english is ok but not THAT good, but hey i loved your story, i'm glad you pointed out what happend 2 zuko @ the end because i was thinking:

angry sneeky plotting zuko is awsome, he's temper is soo much fun, this whole story, great idea, the carnival is a cool theme let's see how well the gaang, zuko & iroh do without bending

This was fun to read, even if the characters were a little OOC. Aang being the Avatar and peacemaker, I can't imagine him watching a group of fire nation bound and thrown into the ocean. Also Zuko falling in love in like 10 seconds, lol. But your writing is really good! And I will check out the post fics. )

Zuko isn't actually in love with Katara after spending only a couple of hours with her I hope...And I do wonder though, wouldn't she recognize his voice? Zuko has a very distinct voice, at least if you base it on Dante Basco having the same voice.

I think Aang was a little OOC there when he said, "Let's go watch!" or something like that. You know, when the soldiers were thrown into the ocean. I mean, he's the avatar, right? So he should be all peaceloving-ish.

:O But what about Foamy? You can't forget Foamy! :D

Anywho, I really like this story! I think you definitely got Aang's childhood innocence across here, and I like the insights into Zuko's mind. "Mentally bashed his head repeatedly against an imaginary wall." XD

This was far more entertaining and plausible than I expected it to be going in, and even better, its well written. I loved the interaction between them, but more than that I really liked the play between inner-Zuko. It was fun to read and I look forward to reading more of this series.
