Jeez, that was good. My favorite pairing EVER, and you wrote it so well. Great imagery and detail. You made me love Wat even more.

And the last line... it's amazing. "Chaucer is not meant for him." That's one of the best endings to a fanfic that I've read. So good!

I liked that a lot. There's a lot going on below the surface for Wat, and I think you did a good job exploring that. He thinks so little of himself, but wants to be so much more. I really felt for him. Good job. :)

I love it. Wat was always my favorite character, and love how you dig deeper that appearances.

Very nice! Even though it's short, it's nice to see someone delve deeper into who Wat is. I think that's the best thing about this drabble.

And just so you know, you don't need to rate this as 'M'. It's a fairly mild fic, even if there are slash hints.
