^^ The word "vivid" comes to mind, as it so often does around the two of you. The word "natural" occurs to me as well. Added to which, I am amused by the concept of Hunter teaching Eric how to handle an element. Very well done.

This is just such a great little continuation of TimeStorm - and so in context with the story too, all the way down to Eric keeping up with calling Hunter 'kid'.
I love the visualization of the flame; wonderfully done.
Great job on the 'embarrassement' scene, too; both of them handled the situation very maturely. And the last sentence is just the perfect wrap-up.

A nice short story. I like the characterisation you have of them both and a great little aside for the ending. Good description of controlling the elemental fires as well. I hope we'll be reading more of your work soon?

Well its a typical reaction as long as you don't act on it. There must be guys that Wes and Cam look on and have a reaction to but they know where their heart lies so they don't. But Eric is just too funny with the whole situation I was laughing so hard and ending it with play with fire priceless.
