This was so hysterical. Saitoh's contempt for the two idiots comes through loud and clear, as did his less than sterling opinion of Kenshin and his choice of weapons. Loved the comment about the fencing foil.

I realize that Marx wrote the communist manifesto in 1848, but would Saitoh have been conversant with the theory by the 1870s to the point where he implied Kenshin's philosophy was communistic? Still, it got across Saitoh's disapproval quite well. Perhaps Saitoh's opinion of Kenshin's politics was influenced by the color of his hair?

Anyway, I thought your story was very funny. Nice job!

This is so funny! And so true, those two really can't see past each other's insults once they get started.

I'm happy that you didn't turn this into a SaitouxSanosuke fic cause something people just do not get is the fact that ol' willow head is MARRIED! And more then likely has a son of his own as well as Eiji. I mean, the woman has to be eithor a saint or a dominatix to be his wife!
