Interesting idea, however there are two major problems with the story:

1) There is no S-squad. It goes A-Squad, B-Squad, C-squad and D-squad. As of this week's episode, the only squad we haven't seen is C-squad.

2) There are only six rangers who have 'special' abilities, and they only had them because of the fact that their parents were involved in an accident in a lab. You /might/ be able to get away with this by having Heather as Bridge's sister, but you'd have to be extremely careful about it.

Your grammar needs a bit of work, but it's take too long to explain what's wrong with it in this review.

I think this idea would be interesting, seeing a 'new' group of rangers interacting with the old, but you'd have to be careful of the 'new' cadets' powers and make sure they don't take over the entire story.
