This is possibly the best thing you've written, of some pretty damn entertaining stuff. I echo everything Sally has to say about it (with the exception of the squeeing, just can't do it), and add that Alessandro Rollo and Giovanni Servetti are the two best examples of stolen historical personalities I've really since Tanya Huff and a certain Duke of Richmond.

And Nicolo isn't bad either :)
