More Cid! Vince too! KAWAII!

This has to be my favorite CidxVincent story out there. I love how you wrote their friendship and budding relationship. It's so very sweet. I always find myself coming back to read it again and again.

Have you ever considered writing a continuation? Oh, that would be marvelous! But even if you don't, I'm still completely in love with this fic.

I will never think of hot chocolate the same way again. =D
Wonderful fic.

This is quite possibly one of the best Valenwind fics I had ever read. I'm not a huge fan of the pairing, but I find myself drawn to the stories like a moth to the Eternal Flame, and it is such a relief to see something like this out there. Both characters stay relatively in character, and the relationship is awkward and unsure enough to be believable.

I made a point of writing one word at the end of all the fics that I found to be truly far and away better than all the others, and I haven't been able to do such in a long time. However, this story here has allowed me to be very happy to end my review with my favorite writing word.

I loved the ending to this. I normally don't read one-shots, but you wrote this very well. You ended it perfectly.

Ah...you're good at writing Valenwind fanfiction. Everything's so...tender. Makes a change from the usual lust/angst.
I like the fact that they weren't too fond of each other in the beginning - it gave the feelings the opportunity to build up rather than just being THERE, like they are in a lot of other fics. And the fact that Cid wasn't like: 'I must be in LOVE!', he was more...confused, but going along with it, which is a Cid-ish thing to do. All in all: excellent. You're a really good author, which is a rarity on this site nowadays.
I AM going to read that Sephiroth/Cloud eventually. I'm just working my way through the fics.

*mildly laughing* well, i like Vince ((DON'T CALL ME VINCE!)) without a missing arm.
(there's a reason too. I was looking at some CidVin doujinshi, called Age of Zero i think, and Cid saw Vince's "arm" lying on the bed. SO HE SLIPS IT ON HIS ARM... and it gets stuck. Vin comes out of the bathroom (with pants on) and all but attacks Cid. then he simply rips the "fancy gauntlet" off. it was so funny... good art too!)
