I really think there should've been more YoKei moments in the anime; they make such an awesome pair (and I don't mean it romantically).

Anyway, great fic, you've captured them very well and it looks like a natural conversation they could have had :)

Beautiful. It was as if this was just a missing passage from the book. You captured their characters perfectly (Keiki was especially well done, I loved his habit of averting Youko's gaze-it's totally something he does), and Youko's rationalization of the First Decree reflected her personality well. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and after reading it, it conveyed a strong sense of peace and closure. Thanks for the fantastic read!

wow...it's not often that a fic leaves me smiling like this one did. I love this series because of all the political analysis, but mainly because of the relationships that are ensnared within the politics. You do an excellent job of creating that same feeling in this fic. Great job!
