This was very sweet, and it's something new; I've never seen a story like this before. I dunno if Minerva would ever do something like that, even if Severus killed Albus. Moody, I can see, but not Minerva. Other than that, I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing this with us, and I look forward to more from you!

Hm. I might have hoards of fans after me for this, but this kind of reminds me a bit of a star-wars jedi avatar thing. How Albus and Severus appear in that ghostlike form. Very beautiful. Somehow though, I can't imagine any Weasley doing that sort of torture. Moody, definitely. Other anti-Voldemort people, sure but the Weasleys? My only gripe there. Perhaps they could start, but then they would have to hault upon the enactment. But still, this is my opinion. Well written piece, very touching.

That ending was strangely reminscent of a certain scene at the end of "Return of the Jedi" don't you think? The young hero, who has finally come into his own, sees the ghostly images of his former masters.

He is then swept up in the joy of the knowledge that the war is over and he can finally live his life.
