But in short: I very much enjoy your characterizations - particularly, the fact that you aknowledge Shuichi's brain, Shuichi's backbone, and Shuichi's actual age. But most of all, I like the way you portrayed his friendship with Hiro. I also like Yuki a lot in this fic, and the subplot about Tatsuha's place in the Uesugi family is definitely a nice bonus.

O... the ** on the jacket was a spectacular idea - truly :) I can so see that happening between a couple heh the little digs we throw in there when we're fighting with someone you've been with that long... you had me trying to desperately hide my laughter as I read this on my lunch break at work! I hope you can find more time to update as you're giong into summer vacation :) I can't wait to see what happens next!

I really like how you went into how Shuichi might resent Yuki for some of Bad Luck's success. That is a very interesting topic that I have not seen explored in any other stories. I think that you kept every one in-character and I look forward to the next chapter. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work!!
Niyari 2006-10-20 ch 8,	abuseYet another majestic chapter. You have interesting viewponts. The issues between Tohma and Hiro and Shuichi and Yuki keep growing, but it's not an on-going plot ploy. Wonderfully sprinkled out between chapters. The real-life tone of this chapter really spoke to me. It seemed to play out in my mind, like a love scene in a good Television show. The jacket bit at the end was especially cute. I can see Shuichi saying that and Yuki immediately throwing off the jacket. Amazing tactic. Nice job, continue please... when you can!
Niyari 2006-10-20 ch 7,	abuseI cannot express to you how much I love this story. The only think about this chapter is that Hiro's reactions to Shuichi's outbursts, their whole fight scene in other words... was a little corny. Just a little. The ending was very well put together. Great job.
EmptyWord 2006-07-31 ch 7,	abuseThis is a wonderful ongoing fic, relationships and characters right on target. The tension between Shuichi and Hiro throughout is done really nicely, with the little hints and observations Shuichi makes, such as not being able to see Hiro's face behind the helmet. I wonder, Hiro's dates with Ayaka could be just a "pasttime" he picked up once Shuichi foudn Yuki and stopped spending as much time with him. I never would have pegged Shuichi as insecure, but it lines up with his extremely emotional personality. Lots of interesting stuff to chew on. More coming soon?

tian 2006-07-06 ch 7, anon.	abuseit's a really, and i mean really, amazing story. i adore it to a million little pieces. judging from all those little hints scattering across the chapters, i'd say you have some good plot in mind. i'd guess it's one-sided hiro/shuichi ( and i think yuki knows about hiro's unrequited love...); or maybe it's (hopefully one-sided) yuki/ayaka? either way, do please continue this fic, it's one of the best around here. can't wait for more!
