Wow... where to start!

This story... was probably the most beautiful story I've ever read. First off, you kept Hatori and Shigure in chracter in every chapter, and I couldn't stop laughing when Hatori asked Shigure to repeat his words as he held out a tape recorder. Priceless.

Secondly, I usually DEPISE in all caps stories with Akito and Yuki as pretty much the main characters, but this one is probably the exception. I was seriously crying in the last chapter when Akira dies. God, you made me cry... rare thing for me. And at the end especially, that is when Yuki and Akito really shone.

Lastly, YOU MADE AKKI A GIRL! YAY! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HAPPY THAT MAKES ME! Ahem... in a nutshell, this story really touched me and you had n-o mistakes at all. I'm very impressed, and dare I say, envious? Naw, I shouldn't b/c that would just ruin the whole story, ne? Please keep writng!

Here I am again to review this story after I read SOS... (kinda reminds me on the 'help' for shorters, but I know what it stands for!)...
It really was great to read this fic... I guess I don't have to repeat myself on saying how I consider your writing to be "superb", but I'd like to comment on the story for this one...
Akira... gods, one of the OC's that I really got to adore. He is such a wonderful person, you really made me like him! He sounded so sweet, an adoring parent that loves his children with all his heart... kind of inspired me on how I'd like to grow up myself.
And it was really angsty... there were parts of the story where I really had to hold my breath, so stunning it was when Akira had to let go finally and how Yuki first coudln't comprehend and Akito's reaction to it... really, this is really a fantastic piece of angst.
You portrayed all the characters marvolously well. I kind of *did* imagine a chibi-Akiko adn a chibi-Yuki like that, though I beliave it is mentioned that only Shigure, Hatori, Ayame and Kurano know about Akito being female? As far as I remember Yuki never mentioned or gave signs of knowing... but it does seem weird since they *were* together for a long time in their childhood. Oh well.
I will look foward reading more of SOS and your fics!

Wow~
Its been so long since Ive read the manga so I dont know anything about Akira, but I found him to be such a wonderful character. I cant believe that Akito is his daughter, I find that highly disturbing actually. I enjoyed his intercations with all the characters you featured, his kindness and modesty was very refreshing since it came from a family head. *Shakes head at Akito as head of family*
As Ina mentioned, there are a few inconsistencies with the canon of how Yuki met Akito and Shigure's presence, but what I find most interesting was your take on Akito and Yuki's relationship in the good ol' days; how childlike she was, and how gentle and caring she was with Yuki. It makes me wonder if she was ever like that at first then flipped when he father died to the Akito that spoke of a dark reality and future, locked Yuki in his room and told him that he was sold to her. Akito really is a complex character, one that I seriously dislike.
I think my absolute favourite part here was when Yuki said that he liked peaches. I nearly died with squee! Chibi Yuki so cute!
Overall great job! I still dont get why you like to pair up Yuki and Akito (DIED AKITO DIE) but I still like you~ ^_^

Glorious!
What a beautiful one-shot. It felt so believable I was awestruck. The relationship between Akito and Yuki seemed so real and convincing, even up to the very end. When Akito became angry over Akira’s death(so sad!), her reaction to everything around her (including Yuki) was very perceptive and left me with a new understanding of her character. I love how you depict Akito in all of your stories. You don’t just go for her stereotypical “evil” role, but dig deeper to the very core of her character, it’s nice to see her pictured in a more understanding light. As for Akira’s persona, well, I am not very familiar with his character, but I loved the way he was portrayed here, it was…uplifting.

Glad to hear you are picking up SOS in December can’t wait!
