"looking out the window counting the stars, and wondering why things are how they are." Could be the end lines of a poem, and indeed the whole text has a poetic feeling. Also, a very good description of what might have been going on inside those silvery eyes after Draco went away.

Anyway, I got the impression that it was either Ginny about Draco or Ginny talking about Harry when he tried to kill Snape and all that. It can flow either way. :) Still written remarkably well.
