Um...Not to burst your bubble..But at the end of Chobits..Chii IS still alive. When she comes out of her automated state she turns into Freya. She is then ordered to initiate a deletion of all data and termination of system by Ms. Hibiya and it works. Hideki calls the password to wake Chii but it doesn't work so he just asks Ms. Hibiya to teach her happiness and then Chii cries and comes back to hug Hideki. So, happy ending!

'Ooshi' doesn't mean delicious. Oishi does. Also, combining Japanese and English doesn't really work so well, because they're used in different contexts.

Overall, I liked the story, but you should stick to just plain English. Mixing doesn't make the story look more professional.
