Good. Really good. A story fit for an amberite. The plot - magnificient. A little war with Julian - on a motorbike, how fitting - seems like a suitable way for this lady to spend her time. The twists with the shadows was well written. I am impressed by your use of language. The same dry, descriptive, ironical phrasing as Zelazney himself uses. The same sence of humour as well.
